Version 0.6:
- First versioned release. Changes since the last release of extract.c and
  cs.c:
- Both tools should now be portable to big-endian and 64-bit platforms.
  Only the insert functionality of extract isn't ported, but fwpack is
  better anyway, extract couldn't insert files bigger than the original
  and is incredibly slow. Don't use it, unless you maybe just want to
  create WinCE images with an alternative boot logo. :-)
- Added fwpack, which can create images from scratch. No size limitations,
  no slack, and a lot more speed!
