-ver bump to 2.4.5-r1:
- re-diffed make-vars and mpls patch
- reworked dev-ppp and pppd-usepeerwins to work with ppp-2.4.5
- reworked kill-pg patch to not break umtsmon
- added patch to fix connect-errors log patch
